A southern California couple has been fined $300 dollars for holding Christian Bible study sessions in their home, and could face another $500 for each additional gathering.
City officials in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. say Chuck and Stephanie Fromm are in violation of municipal code 9-3.301, which prohibits “religious, fraternal or non-profit” organizations in residential neighborhoods without a permit. Stephanie hosts a Wednesday Bible study that draws about 20 attendees, and Chuck holds a Sunday service that gets about 50.
The Fromms appealed their citations but were denied and warned future sessions would carry heftier penalties. A statement from the Pacific Justice Institute, which is defending the couple in a lawsuit against the city, said Chuck Fromm was also told regular gatherings of three or more people require a conditional use permit, which can be costly and difficult to obtain.
“How dare they tell us we can’t have whatever we want in our home,” Stephanie Fromm told the Capistrano Dispatch. “We want to be able to use our home. We’ve paid a lot and invested a lot in our home and backyard … I should be able to be hospitable in my home.”
According to the Dispatch, the Fromms live in a neighborhood with large homes and have a corral, barn, pool and huge back lawn on their property, so parking and noise aren’t a problem.
“There’s no singing or music,” Stephanie said. “It’s meditative.”
The Dispatch reported a code-enforcement officer gave the Fromms a verbal warning about the meetings in May, then returned to issue citations in June and July. According to the paper, the city’s code-enforcement department is reactive, meaning they only respond to complaints.
Stephanie said most of their neighbors are very supportive, although she said one has voiced concerns in the past.
“We don’t like lawsuits, but we have to stand up for what’s right. It’s not just a personal issue,” she said. “Can you imagine anybody in any neighborhood, that one person can call and make it a living hell for someone else? That’s wrong … and it’s just sad.”
San Juan Capistrano’s religious roots run deep — the city is best known for a historic Catholic mission built in the 1700s.
“Imposing a heavy-handed permit requirement on a home Bible study is outrageous,” said Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute. “An informal gathering in a home cannot be treated with suspicion by the government, or worse than any other gathering of friends, just because it is religious.”
“We cannot allow this to happen in America, and we will fight as long and as hard as it takes to restore this group’s religious freedom.”

Yes there are body parts which signify that pairs are united as they do one job for the body .Like a one legged person cannot do much like a two legged person.
Yet there are body parts which do not need to be paired and work solely such as the mouth and tongue.
Thus Politics and Economics are a pair of legs and like legs they can only function well when they face the same direction .Hence our feet though two face one direction, forward .We do not have the right foot facing the front and the left foot facing the back.
Now what we have today is a sick political system that has failed to create a healthy economy and a sick economy that has failed to sustain healthy politics.
The two must go hand in hand or in our case ,foot with foot.
Yet because the New World Order System is about Devolving National Sovereignty to Regional Sovereignty , there is a crisis.
The New World Order System is about Devolved Political Power therefore Devolved Economic Power.
Whereas this system may be beneficial to regions that have had no power whatsoever , it is not beneficial to the Status Quo that has gained from National Political and Economic Power.
For example, America will be subordinated to another nation and not The USA under regional sovereignty.
This is not good news to companies who have gained clout thanks to America’s Monopoly on world hegemony but it is good news to her neighbours like South America and Canada who can now see themselves as equals with USA.
The same applies to East Africa . Companies that have gained from their national governments will now be subject to Regional Governments hence a new ball game all together.
This is because it is illogical for National Governments to exist head to head with Regional Governments .One must be greater than the other.
So these changes do not come about without a real fight and these fights will explode in many nations worldwide .
The reality is the New system has the guns in place and the systems ready to go and replace the old dying system . It will only take a miracle to stop it. It seems the end of 2011 and 2012 is where the battleground is set.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Monday that the Palestinian bid for UN recognition would “set back peace, and might set it back for years.”
Washington has also opposed UN recognition of a Palestinian state, calling it a unilateral step in a conflict that should be resolved through negotiation. The U.S. administration has made clear that it would veto any Palestinian request to the Security Council for membership as a state.
But a majority at the General Assembly is expected to support the promotion of the Palestinians to the status of non-voting observer state.
Two senior White House envoys arrived Tuesday for meetings with Israeli and Palestinian leaders in a last-ditch effort to head off the Palestinian bid. They are pressing for a resumption of the peace talks.

Bishop Kosgei , while giving evidence at the ICC asserted that ODM was the source of political violence in Kenya and that had it not been for them there would be no violence. Ha !
We ,as you should know by now , do not stand for any political party or goals other than the politics of justice .Thus ODM and PNU boxing is pointless as long as we know that they are neither angels nor demons but humans thus subject to the law when they commit a crime.
But justice must done to Bishop Kosgei’s utterance .It was LAND INJUSTICE and LAND CLASHES that led to the Post election violence in Rift Valley. It was Elections that led to violence in Nairobi .
It was Land Injustice and Economic Warfare that led to clashes in Mombasa and Elections that led to violence in Nyanza and Western.
This is because when people vote they vote about Land, Jobs and Benefits.Simple.Politics is about material life.
The peaceful referndum held last year was peaceful because most Kenyans do not protest nor fight without a reason.

It is only in 2002 that there were no clashes because the two major elites were split amongst themselves .The Kikuyu vote was split between Kibaki and Uhuru as Kalenjins were confused whether to vote for their Leader’s successor Uhuru or go against him.
As Bishop Kosgei puts it “We told Ruto to stand with Uhuru in 2002 “.Yet this was done because the Lord of the Kalenjin , former President Moi had said so .Yet the Kalenjin bloc was split , hence no room for violence like 1992, 1997 when they were united to protect Moi’s presidency.
Of course we do not mean that all people went and voted for their tribe but that is the general flow of things in Kenya.. most people trust their own.
Thus PEV has been there since 1992 and it has always been issues about land and economic benefits .If it was ODM and PNU, where were they in 1992 and 1997 dear Bishop Kosgei ?
Yet in 2012 , there will be splits alright but split bloc votes will not lead to peaceful elections but will lead to inter clan, inter tribe conflict. In short Kenya is going to get into the state of mini genocide .
Maybe we may be wrong . The ICC will scare many people into fighting but that does not solve the issue of injustice .You do not scare people into being good ;you discipline them.
The ICC will discipline the Kenyan Elite if it passes sound judgment against State sponsored Genocide and Tribal sponsored Genocide.
Otherwise if it just falls for scaring , 2012 will not have major conflicts but minor conflicts .
Keen observers will see why this is more likely–tribal regions are being split into two, Rift Valley-UDM v KANU, Central – Uhuru/Karua/Kenneth, Nyanza-Tuju/Raila, COast-MRC / Arab Coastarians, Eastern -Ngilu/Mbuvi/Musyoka.

The crux of the matter is Bishop Kosgei is hiding the truth from himself and for himself to the detriment of the Kalenjin , Kenyans and the world as a whole.

Radio presenter Joshua Sang’s second witness Bishop Jackson Kosgei on Wednesday told the International Criminal Court that the violence in Kenya was triggered by calls for mass action by ODM leaders in Nairobi.
The bishop said it was after the announcement of the presidential results that violence started in Nairobi.
He added that it was ODM secretary general, Prof Anyang’ Nyong’o, who called for mass action and people went to the streets and the protest hijacked by looters and other criminals.
“Kenyans conducted high profile peaceful campaigns, presidential results were delayed. There was a misunderstanding between the contenders and the electoral commission. After the announcement, chaos broke out in Nairobi and Kisumu,” said Bishop Kosgei.
The clergyman took the stand at 4pm Kenyan time and was taken through his testimony by lawyer Philemon Koech.
Bishop Kosgei also denied that there was a network that was organising to evict other Kenyans adding the government would have known this.
“Kenya is an independent country with a refined structure of security apparatus and intelligence and with this kind of structure then the question should not arise whether the government would be aware of such planning,” said Bishop Kosgei.
He denied having ever held any meetings to discuss the planning of the violence with any of the three suspects or those who are alleged to have been following their orders.
The bishop told the court that Kenya has had a history of violence related to elections adding the governance of resources was also an issue.
“There are past riots in Kenya… in I969 after Mboya’s death, in 1975 following the death of JM Kariuki, in 1982 over the aborted coup. Clashes after 1992 polls but government has made peace efforts that culminated in a peaceful referendum last year,” said Bishop Kosgei.
Bishop Kosgei said he did not hear any incitement or coded language adding that Mr Sang’s audience is cosmopolitan and he would not use such language.
He added that broadcasting is controlled by the government and any incitement would be identified easily.
He added that various political leaders including presidential candidates other than President Kibaki went for interviews at Kass FM.
He added that the main competition was between ODM and PNU in the general elections.
He said they started applying for the registration of Emo Foundation, of which he is patron, in 2008 and this only happened in 2010.
Emo Foundation was working with government and other foreign states, especially the US, to foster peace in the Rift Valley.
The clergyman said the foundation was a welfare organisation that did not discriminate in its membership.
He added that none of the suspects were members and Mr Sang attended their meetings in his capacity as a journalist.
He also dismissed claims by the prosecution that Emo Foundation did fundraise Sh1.2 billion to sponsor the violence.
Bishop Kosgei said Mr Ruto had been honoured as an elder adding that the Eldoret North MP could not qualify as the “undisputed de facto leader” of their community.
“Kalenjins are not owned by the leaders as their words are not binding since we are a community of consensus. For instance, Mr Ruto was urged to back Uhuru (Kenyatta) in 2002 by us,” said Bishop Kosgei.

The recent World Athletics in Daegu, South Korea kept me asking many questions at the same time drawing some conclusions about the world we are living in today and how we can cope when we are grounded in Jesus Christ.
First look at Usain Bolt the fastest man so far in the world.
With Usain Bolt , I found that we love speed. People love speed , especially we of the Technological Revolution.
Technology has made things so fast that we desire that speed to be transmitted to every sector of our lives .
This has led to more harm than good as many people are out running to make money quickly and get political power by all means and in the quickest way possible.
In the transport sector, the developed bullet trains are the norm as people in Africa die more in the roads than armed robberies just because the bus or car was running somewhere to make more money.
In Christianity speed is killing the church through the Prosperity Gospel where people are promised quick riches or speedy from rags to riches story when we give God money and plant seeds.Thus people get into gambling instead of giving out of love for God and the needy .
People have forgotten about patience and the fact that you can still overcome many obstacles in life even when you patiently endure hard situations.
Which brings me to the Kenyan athletes who ran the marathon in the same competition in South Korea .Unlike Usain Bolt’s race which requires terrific speed the marathon race requires consistent speed called patience and endurance .
The Marathon is slow and not fast like the 200 metres Bolt runs. Yet the winner is the fastest of all participants.
In this race, one has to keep focus for a long time and thus time seems to be quite a drag because of the distance ;nonetheless, one has to win and will be given a gold medal just like the winner of the shortest race.
The lessons we draw from that is just like Jesus who endured the race of the cross, we who follow him must also endure that race.
Today, the cross we bear is hatred from the world for standing for Jesus Christ.Meanwhile the Economic and Political turmoil and Armageddons of the Natural and the Man made kinds are just too many to make anyone who is not deeply rotted in Christ and the Word to ditch the whole thing.
Yet only the faithful, focused and patient runners win the marathon.
Secondly we learn that in Life there are situations that use impatient speed and others that need patient endurance.It can be sickness , or self development.The issue is not the speediness of the speed but the speed of victory-that is you must overcome and win the race whether 100 metres or20000 metres.
As you will hear and see in the video below , Endurance is necessary because we will win the end . Where there is patient endurance there is hope and we as children of God have a hope that the return of Jesus Christ will overshadow all the things we had to bear in this long and tough marathon called life in a wicked world.
Endure these tribulations we are facing in Jesus Christ , standing on his promises that never fail.He promised to return when the sorrows of this world in the last days will be too much that if they were not shortened no one will be saved.Let us take heart…it is a short affliction.
Bumped into an article( http://www.talk2action.org/story/2011/9/1/154039/1835 )that mentions about how a recent government Ministerial appointment in Africa is thoroughly connected to the New Apostolic Reformation Movement, a Dominionist movement that is thoroughly connected to the current rise of Rick Perry and Sarah Palin and host of politicians who use Christianity as means to Political and Economic Power and not as a way of life.
There is a big difference between a Christian Member of Parliament or Congress and a Dominionist Christian Politician. A Christian Member of Parliament is one whose lifestyle is influenced by his Christian faith but does not use his faith as a political qualification .He is not part of an agenda or army aimed at creating a Theocracy.
A Dominionist Christian Politician use his faith as a political qualification and smears his opponents on the basis of his faith.He is part of an agenda to create a Theocracy.
Now one should know that when you say that only Christians who speak in tongues make the best politicians , you are basically calling for a Theocracy.
Yet God built a Theocracy first with Moses then with the Kings which failed that is why Jesus came and yet he did not set up a Theocracy because his Theocracy is not of this world .
THIS WORLD MEANS THE WORLD WE ARE IN . So whose Theocracy are these 7 Mountain Climbers or Reclaimers ? It is not Jesus’ Theocracy but of Man and it has disastrous effects .

Gaddafi went out of his way to build super structures for them such as the largest Mosque in East Africa, in Uganda and many banks in South Africa.
Gaddafi was married to the African Union and though he had stubborn wives , most of them loved kissing his gigantic feet.Now there are no feet to kiss.
Now those who ate from him are naturally mourning for him .A short poem on their MISERY.

Or the world does not want to know it .This is the hypocrisy of so called International policy makers .Syria may be different from Libya , but people are dying unnecessarily .Yet you will here the famous line from such leaders “We are fighting Al Qaeda “. The moment a country can call its citizens Al Qaeda, know it is the end.

In this Ramadhan I wonder How can one fast and fight at the same time ? Where is Allah at this time of Ramadhan ?

The so called UN Security Council is watching as if they have no powers .The job of watching belongs to the people of the world and not the Council .This is the time UN can prove that it is concerned about peace… not toothless resolutions.
