Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. Therefore when thou doest [thine] alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. MATT 6:1-4

Christians are being invited to remember the world’s poor by spending less and giving more money to the POOR.This is being driven by the Micah challenge.(read about MICAH CHALLENGE 10-10 -10 Mission)

Mine is not to question giving to the poor because that is our Christian duty.Mine is to thoroughly question who is driving this initiative.

By all means give to the poor and let your love for that abound daily.IN fact these days I am saddened by Christian charities that sound reputable but still use crisis to make money.

My advice is give to the poor you see next to you.IT is better in that you are doing it before God and not for man. These days Charities are also making money in the name of charity.

Archbishop Sentamu of the Apostate Anglican church gave a speech on behalf of the Micah Challenge. Rev Jesse Jackson is going to deliver a speech next week on the same issue of justice.

Christians should know that there exists both physical and spiritual poverty.

Just because a church is very good at taking care of physical poverty does not mean that they are right in the Lord.

From the Catholic church to various churches giving to the poor has never been a problem. IN fact the Catholic church has done marvelous things in this areas for years. All credit to them.

However when you look at the spiritual food they give to the physically poor it is nothing but a pack of lies that will send many to HELL.

This applies with Islam also. A very alms giving based religion but the doctrines are ANTICHRIST and against Jesus Christ.

Are they going to bribe God to heaven just because they did good things to the poor ??

Moreover these People who give to the poor with strings attached do it only for a season and cannot continually and daily because they do it out of the flesh.Micah’s challenge is just focusing on the MDG goals ,not daily caring of the poor.Sorry, that is charity for a show.

The Micah challenge has fallen into the same trap of Pharisee Charity. Showing off that your faith is good because you do good things.Showing off that you are holy because you give to the poor. That is Pharisee Righteousness

In fact the Devil will come as an ANGEL OF Light TO DECEIVE MANY.That means he will do many “nice things” to fool you that you are in the right place when actually you are against God.

IT is a shame that Micah challenge is in sync with the evil tooth less United Nations that does not believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that God gave the land of Israel to the Jews.

Jesus was very clear that good works will not get you to heaven but doing the will of God will.

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.Mtt 7: 21-23

How is it that those who do good works and perform miracles will be considred workers of iniquity.THey failed to do GOd’s will. What is God’s will ?

And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:40

Yes do the good works of helping the poor ( and in secret ) but make sure you are in the Lord Jesus Christ by being in right standing in his word and believing in him and staying in the faith lest you lose your salvation.

The good works of a STATE CHURCH is VAIN( USELESS ) WORSHIP, because the head of such a church is not Jesus but the Government.

The good works of Antichrist religions and doctrines is VAIN worship. This man made righteousness will not make you get into God’s kingdom.

The heart must be one with the hand. You give to the poor because Jesus has changed you and you believe in him and love to keep his word.

Where the heart is not in sync with the hand, that is where you do good but deny Jesus , be warned that you are involved in vain worship that leads to hell.

Micah challenge is involving itself in vain worship as long as it is still holding false doctrines and uniting under ecumenism with other religions.
