Many continue to scoff at the reality of the New World Order Government that is spreading its wings worldwide .The NEW WORLD ORDER wants and will control everything of everyone except those who are not part of the system and those shall be called criminals .

GOOD BYE MATATUS, HELLO BUSES..GOODBYE CHANGE, HELLO SMART CARD/MICROCHIP
The NWO has now taken control of the transport sector in Kenya where it has been made policy that the 14 seater vehicles will be phased out for more convenient vehicles ,most probably buses.
What people should be concerned with is what type of buses? These are smart card buses which are already in operation in Nairobi ,Kenya.
Secondly, notice who is pushing for the idea, General Motors Kenya (American NWO company); this is because it is going to get taxpayers money paid to its company to manufacture the new vehicles that will replace 14 seater matatus. All that money would have gone to many but it is going to one company..because it is the New World Order which believes in Monopoly and no competition (an idea that both capitalists and communists espouse).

One does not have to have loose change to pay the conductor. All they have to do is insert the card on a slot fixed in the bus and the door will open up for you. This system only works for one passenger who wants to alight at some stage but I wonder what will happen when everyone will want to alight..will they manage the regulation?
The issue about phasing out matatus, as 14 seaters are normally called in Kenya, is to encourage TOTAL CASHLESS SYSTEM
WHY THE NEW WORLD ORDER LOVES A CASHLESS SYSTEM?
1.All your loose money will be in one safe..the bank account .No more change in your pocketa syour card or chip will pay for you everywhere
2.It is more easy to spend money that seems to be there yet it is intangible.Hence more profits for the business es which love it when their consumers buy on impulse.
3.Your bank has all your money and all your security details..it becomes your god as the chip or card is traceable thanks to the technological features it has.
These guys do not care whether people lose their jobs in being conductors and drivers provide d they CONTROL EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE ON EARTH.

Nairobi will require 7,000 vehicles to replace the 14-seater vans, according to a government policy aimed at decongesting the city.
Speaking during a press conference at General Motors East Africa on Monday, the managing director Mr Bill Lay said the motor vehicle assemblers have the capacity to manufacture the vehicles, with funding from financial institutions.
Last month, the government issued a directive that no new 14-seater matatus will be registered, while those in operation will not be allowed in the central business district.
He said GM, Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers and Assemblers Association were operating at 30 per cent capacity, and had ability to increase production in a short period.
He said the government should also consider offering subsidies to public transport operators as is the case in other modern cities.
Nairobi, he said, has about 13,000 matatus, and the policy shift will cost Sh220 million, which the banks can provide since the risk in the sector had significantly reduced with the rise of savings and credit societies.
The government has indicated that from next year, matatu owners will operate either in Saccos or registered companies.
“There are many problems that will be faced during the transition because we are a profit-driven industry. The government can give subsidies to enable the proposed system work,” he said.
Mr Lay said 70 per cent of the public transport in the country comprised 14-seater matatus, an investment of about Sh50 billion and will need to be handled prudently during the transition.
He said GM is hiring engineers and mechanics and estimated that this will offer an additional employment to 100 people, the firms suppliers and body builders will employ another 500 as the transition takes off.
“This is expected to be replicated at other assembly plants, further compounding the benefits to the economy,” he said.
He said the assembly firms currently command only 12 per cent of the market, which is dominated by refurbished imported vehicles.
Senior assistant commissioner for co-operative development, Mr John Waihenya said there were already 70 matatu saccos that had applied for registration with the ministry.

NWO KENYA –SACCOS COLONIZATION OF MATATUS
THE END OF THE MATATU EMPIRE–WHY MATATUS DID NOT WANT TO BE UNDER SACCOS
Like the colonial chiefs controlled the locals for the British Governor controlled by the British Queen, Saccos will now control matatus for the government controlled by the rich men and companies of the world -NWO at its best.

The clearest mark of the New World Order Government is REGULATION. The whole directive by the Trans port Minister Amos Kimunya was to control ALL MATATUS.They however managed to legalize through the courts in the name of restoring sanity in the matatu industry when it is the name of State Monopoly and Control.
The most hardest hit people are simple, poor ,Individual Matatu Owners .This is because they have been forcefully to join a church which they did not want in the first place.
The reason for using the word simple is because, the very Rich Matatu Owners are okay with the deal because they are in charge of matatu saccos. Therefore it was a case of the Rich Matatu Owner beating the Poor Matatu Owner out of business.\

Now the poor matatu owner has to register under the Rich Matatu owner who is hiding behind the SACCOs.Failure of which the matatu is out of the road and the rich matatu which is under a SACCO will get the profits for the other matatu missing out of the road for failing to register.
Meanwhile those who have registered will be surveyed and controlled by the Sacco when it is actually the Government controlling the vehicle.
The rationale behind the judgment of the high Court by Judge Mohammed is summed in these:
1.To stop extortion of money from matatus
2. To call for regulation and order by knowing the bad and good matatus
3.Stop matatu road accidents
However ,it is shallow to say that regulations of matatus will stop accidents and Mungiki extortions when accidents are also caused by other vehicle users and Mungiki and other extortioners are being sponsored by Rich Politicians and Businessmen.
The reality of this Government directive is that Regulation means controlling the profits of the individual owners. This legal control is the most cunning way of competition because it is legalized by the State.
Regulation is not about safety or order ,but about making more money without competition, with the help of the State. The Saccos are colonizing individual entrepreneurs for the government’s sake.
The New World Order survives on Oxygen called Control and they have finished one the most entrepreneurial sectors for those who have retired and the unemployed ,the matatu industry. Who is next..it could be the Jua Kali industry who knows, they want to control every sector of society and they will do it either through the law or the gun.
We conclude this comentary with this dangerous statement from the article below that shows the true goal of the Rich Elite:REGULATION and CONTROL
“……there is no industry in Kenya without a regulator.”

Matatus Must Be Tamed

Nairobi — On Tuesday, High Court judge Mohammed Warsame struck a blow for the restoration of sanity in the matatu industry when he rejected an application by an insurance underwriter to block a government directive that all matatus join companies or cooperative societies.
The move was meant to make it easier for the regulator to issue operating certificates.
It is a sad fact that although matatus are the major causes of mayhem and death on our roads, operators have in the past fought all regulations that would make travel by public means easier for the commuter.
It is common sense that if matatus are well-regulated, there will be no need for drivers to speed in order not to lose to competition.
Another benefit is that the touts who extort money from operators will find it difficult to do so with members of a sacco.
As for those who argue that it is unconstitutional to force matatu operators to join saccos, they must realise there is no industry in Kenya without a regulator.
We repeat what Mr Justice Warsame said: Toe the line or get out of the business. It’s as simple as that.
